FAQ
What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
A static code contains your link directly, so it can never be changed. A dynamic code contains a short link (qrcode.pub/XXXXXX) that forwards to your destination, so you can change the destination at any time without reprinting.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up or password. When you create your first code you get a private dashboard key, saved in your browser. Copy your dashboard link somewhere safe; it's the only way to manage your codes from another device.
What if I lose my dashboard link?
After you've paid, open My codes on any device and enter the PayPal transaction ID and payer email from your PayPal receipt. Your dashboard opens again with all your codes.
How does payment work?
Create your code(s), then pay once with PayPal (or a card through PayPal). Your codes activate automatically within a minute after PayPal confirms the payment.
Will my code really work forever?
Your codes stay active for as long as QRCode.Pub operates, with no renewals and no scan caps. There's no subscription that can lapse.
Refunds?
If something isn't working, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you. Refunded codes are deactivated.
What links are not allowed?
Phishing, malware, scams and illegal content. Codes used for abuse are disabled without refund. See the terms.
