FAQ

Does the WiFi QR code work on iPhone?

Yes. iPhone (iOS 11+) and Android 10+ cameras recognise WiFi QR codes natively and offer to join the network.

Is it safe to make a WiFi QR code online?

On this page the code is drawn by JavaScript in your browser; the network name and password never leave your device. Anyone who can scan the printed code can join your network, so only display it where you would share the password.

What if I change my WiFi password?

The password is stored inside the code, so you need to generate and print a new one.
